What we collect and why
When you send the request form we receive your name, phone number, email, the location and details of the job, the preferred date, an optional photo and your message. We use this data only to answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out the work you order. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) for security and to keep the site working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, data needed for invoices and accounting is kept for the period required by Bulgarian law.
Who sees it
We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Your request is stored on a server rented from Contabo GmbH (Munich, Germany) in a data centre in the European Union, and is forwarded to our mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail). We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
To protect the request form from spam bots we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When the form is shown, Cloudflare checks technical data of your browser and device, including your IP address, to tell people from bots. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary cookies may be set.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to info@hbmservice.com. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
